Health -related scam messages have become more common, says the Finnish Telemarketing Association.

In its announcement, the Finnish Telemarketing Association warns of more common health scams. According to the association, this is even a clear trend, and user announcements for the Kilpi application maintained by the association have made a large number of health scams lately.
For example, health-related scam messages may advertise solutions to prostate problems or praise detox patches. The messages are made for people with different ailments and their language is attractive in tone.
As with so many other scam messages, they include a link that directs the phishing page. If you are mistaken to enter your own personal information or, for example, debit card information, it will end up in the criminals.
There is no point in reacting to suspicious contacts, but such messages can be worn without worry.
Even antivirus scams
Another current scam is related to antivirus. According to the Finnish Telemarketing Association, many have recently reported scams on the end of the virus -fighting software.
In many cases, it is not a genuine announcement, but the attempt to make the recipient pay and disclose their information.
Always check the sender of the message before reacting to unexpected requests, and never make payments via the links in the messages.
