On the Peeldijk in Millheeze, a car crashed against several trees on Sunday morning. The driver, a man, was rushed to the hospital. The damage to the car is great.

The man hit two trees on the left side of the road, after which he came to a halt on the other side of the road against another tree. The blow was so hard that the two wheels on the right side of the car came loose. The airbags have also gone off and the damage to the BMW is enormous.

Several fire engines and ambulances were present on the accident. A trauma helicopter also landed in the field on the Peeldijk. The man was urgently taken to the Radboudumc in Nijmegen under police guidance.
