A man with severe head injuries was found in his apartment in Treptow-Köpenick on Monday. The murder commission of the State Criminal Police Office is now investigating on suspicion of attempted manslaughter.
According to the police, a woman (54) entered an acquaintance’s apartment in an apartment building on Oberspreestraße at around 2:10 p.m. There she found the 60-year-old with severe head injuries. Rescue workers took him to a hospital – intensive care unit.
Because of the suspicion of an attempted homicide, the 5th murder commission of the State Criminal Police Office has taken over the investigation.
