The man committed sexual abuse twice between 2022 and 2024 with his 10-year-old daughter at the time. A large amount of child pornography on his computer and telephone was also found.
The judge today sentenced Kevin V. to two years in prison, of which nine months conditional, with a probationary period of three years. During his probation, V. must adhere to different conditions.
For example, he must be treated and he is not allowed to have contact with his children for the time being. In addition, he has to pay his daughter a compensation of 6,000 euros.
