A 38-year-old man was injured on Friday evening in a stabbing in the Rembrandtstraat in Vlijmen. Two men got into a fight on the street, after which one stabbed the other. The victim of the stabbing was injured in his head and hands.
According to the police, the 38-year-old man got into a fight with a friend of him, it would be a business conflict. He was stabbed during that fight. The perpetrator then fled. What exactly preceded the fight is still unclear.
The police are investigating on the spot and call witnesses to the fight and the events afterwards to report.
