Man (36) who is linked to 27 cases of exhibitionism, released under strict conditions

The Aalter-Maldegem police have arrested a man who is suspected of exhibitionism. Since mid -November there were various reports from a man who showed his genitals to both minor and adult women. The facts happened mainly near the Park of Maldegem, in Aalter, Knesselare and Ursel, but also in Lokeren, Ghent, Wemmel and Eeklo.
