The man is suspected of manslaughter and deprivation of liberty with fatal consequences. The 24-year-old man is under restrictions, which means he is only allowed to have contact with his lawyer.
The 24-year-old brother of Stien den Hollander, as the singer is really called, was found seriously injured on April 16 on the roof of a garage at Osdorper Ban in Amsterdam. He died on June 19 from his injuries.
The Public Prosecution Service takes into account that he jumped from a balcony at Osdorper Ban because he was being held in the house. He would not have ‘seen any other way out’, it became clear during the first public hearing in the case at the beginning of September.
Three suspects still in custody under investigation
Six people have now been arrested in the investigation into the death of S10’s brother. Another one was made in mid-September 35 year old man from Rotterdam arrested. He is also suspected of manslaughter and ‘unlawful deprivation of liberty resulting in death’.
According to the police, three of the six suspects are still in custody. Police say the investigation into his death continues.
