An 18-year-old man from Coevorden is under lock and key because he is suspected of having been involved in a collision with a scooter in Emmen. After the collision, the gray Mercedes A190 drove on. Earlier, the police said it may not have been an accident and spoke of attempted murder or manslaughter.
