Mama of placed 5-year-old files a complaint after 13-year-old would have assaulted him: “Why did the institution conceal this one day for me?”

A mother of a 5-year-old boy who was placed in a youth institution in Flemish Brabant has filed a complaint because her son would have been assaulted in his room by a boy of 13. The woman now refuses to bring her child back to the institution as long as the 13-year-old is still there. “In this way it is an unsafe place for my son.”
