A major fire has broken out in a residential area in Castricum. The fire produces a lot of smoke. People present in the building were evacuated. There were no injuries.
The fire spread to a house on Gasstraat just after 3:30 p.m. The house is part of a larger complex, which also includes several companies.
No people left behind were found in the building. The fire brigade extinguished the fire around 4:30 p.m.
