THEt’s a Celebration. The world concert tour of Madonna kicked off in England: and in the coming months, the Celebration World Tour will keep the Queen of Pop busy from one side of the globe to the other. 78 days, 15 different countries, 38 cities between Europe and North America (including Italy and Milan: the dates to mark in the diary, November 23 and 25) it’s a slew of clothes heart-pounding, as is customary for the singer. Celebration Tour clothes with a high level of style
The costume design duo designed Madonna’s looks for the Celebration World Tour 2023/2024, but he also signed up for the occasion famous stylistsas Donatella Versace, Jean-Paul Gaultier, Dilara Findikoglu And Guram Gvasalia Of Vetements, to create highly stylish touring ensembles. Precisely the legendary cone bra of Blond Ambition Tour (1990) made his reappearance on the stage of Celebration World Tour of London 2023, in the form of an updated Black corset bodysuitwith visible slats and 1920s beads.

The singer paired it with a pair of long velvet gloves from Sol Angel and fishnet stockings: on the feet, Mary Janes covered in lurex. Signed by the costume designer Yohannes and Gaultier, who returned specifically to the scene to dress his long-time friend, also the kimono which he wore for the opening performance in London, characterized by an exposed porthole; on her head, a crown of Swarovski crystals and aquamarine stones Malakai. And for fans the reference is clear, to the famous video of Nothing Really Matters (1988).
And then, Guram Gvasalia of Vetements. Already in July the creative director had announced that he was working on Madonna’s costumes for the Celebration World Tour 2023and today we see a first taste of it on stage: starting from the indigo blue lace bustier with built-in shorts and triple chain belt, all rock, shown off to sing Holiday (1983). Madonna also wore another very similar look on the London stage of the tour, but signed by the emerging Italian brand Rosamosarioborn in Milan, who thanks to Madonna’s help aims to take flight: matching accessories, a fan and a wedding veil.

Brilliant in Atelier Versace
Remaining on the stage of “fashionable” friendships, also Madonna’s association with Donatella Versace it certainly couldn’t be overlooked for the tour looks.
