The French luxury goods group Moët Hennessy Louis Vuitton (LVMH) has filled further management posts. On Monday, the group of companies presented the future CEOs of the Kenzo and Fendi fashion houses. The Louis Vuitton label also receives a new person responsible for the China business.

Both CEOs come from their own ranks

Charlotte Coupé was appointed the new CEO of Kenzo. She will report on Sidney Toledano, the consultant of CEO Bernard Arnault, to report on Sidney Toledano, LVMH said directly to Sidney Toledano. Coupé changes within the group of companies, for which she has been working since 2016. Most recently, she held the position of Business Unit Director – Men Ready to Wear at the Louis Vuitton brand.

Coupé had started her career in 2006 at the American fashion house Ralph Lauren. Then she worked for Lacoste before she came to LVMH. As CEO of Kenzo, she succeeds Sylvain Blanc, who will leave the group to devote itself to “new projects”.

Ramon Ros, the designated CEO from Fendi, is also employed by LVMH. There he currently heads the Louis Vuitton brand in Großchina as President & CEO, Mainland China. According to the group, Ros will switch to Fendi on July 1st and then also report directly to Sidney Toledano.

Ros had gained experience in the textile and retail industry at Marks & Spencer, diesel and tous before he came to LVMH in 2013. There he held various management posts at the GiveMenchy fashion house until he took over his current post.

Louis Vuitton’s new China boss comes from Apple

Daniel Dicicco, who has been appointed the new President & CEO, Mainland China, is responsible for Louis Vuitton’s China business. Dicicco, who had recently headed the Global Retail division of the US Technician Technology Group Apple, will take up his new position on April 28th and directly to David Ponzo, which Chief Commercial Officer from Louis Vuitton, reported, said LVMH.
