Lucky draw for Bayer Leverkusen – Werder on the Alm

The tension is rising: eight teams are still fighting for the DFB Cup. Who meets who?

Without FC Bayern, Borussia Dortmund and Eintracht Frankfurt: six Bundesliga teams, a second division team and a third division team are still fighting to win the DFB Cup. On Sunday it was decided who would play against whom in the quarter-finals.

Defending champions Bayer Leverkusen were lucky. The “Werkself” host 1. FC Köln at the BayArena. VfB Stuttgart will face FC Augsburg in the Swabian duel and VfL Wolfsburg will be guests in Leipzig. Werder Bremen, on the other hand, has to go to the Alm in Bielefeld, where the third division team and cup terror hosts the Green and Whites.

The games will take place on February 4th and 5th and on February 25th and 26th, 2025.

The women’s quarter-finals were also drawn. There will be a top game for the Bayern women in Munich. The games at a glance:

3:57 p.m. – SV Werder Bremen is drawn next. But Bremen don’t have a home game because their opponent is Arminia Bielefeld and the third division team has home advantage.

3:57 p.m. – Home game for RB Leipzig! The Saxons receive VfL Wolfsburg.

3:54 p.m. – Bayer Leverkusen has a home game against Werder Bremen and FC Bayern hosts Eintracht Frankfurt. Now let’s move on to the men.
