Luca Borsato, one of Marco Borsato’s children, admits that almost no one has listened to him on Spotify in 2024. He shares the evidence. “It concerns 11,000 listeners.”

His father sold out stadiums, but things are not going so well with the musical career of one of his sons: Luca Borsato is still a flop. He’s released a few songs like Private Party and Blame it on the Wine, but it all sounds very soulless and AI-generated. The result? It didn’t make it onto anyone’s playlists.

Not high marks

Luca shares official proof from Spotify showing that people don’t like his music. For example, in 2024 there were only 11,000 listeners who played his songs. On average, they played his songs about four times and then heard it.

That’s not all good of course. Luca says about it on Instagram: “No big numbers this year, but that makes sense… I haven’t released anything since June 2023 and have taken the time this year to write new songs, put plans through my head and work hard in in general. Thank you to everyone who kept listening!”

Meal delivery person

How does Luca earn his money in the meantime? He’s a courier. “He works as a courier for a catering company and delivers meals,” Evert Santegoeds said earlier. “The music press, media and public don’t seem to be waiting for a new Borsato, while the ‘old’ one is still waiting for his trial.”

His sister Jada also released a song at the beginning of this year, but that also flopped. She is also mainly busy editing her photos on Instagram.
