More than 4,000 people participate in the Four Days Marches. Among them also 101 faithful walkers who have all the 17 editions. Routes are traveled between 10 and 40 kilometers; The most popular walking distance is 25 kilometers.
International Walking Party
Participants come from all twelve provinces, but the walking event has also been internationally loved for years. This year there are participants from the United States, Spain, France, Germany and Belgium.
The charity of the Wandel4daagse Alkmaar is KWF/‘t Praethuys. This walk -in house – a center for life with and after cancer – will later hear what amount the participants donated this afternoon.
