A year after the elections of 9 June 2024, Brussels is still without a full -fledged government and that does not just pass an ever -increasing group of Brussels residents. On Monday afternoon, an estimated 500 inhabitants came together on Beursplein for a striking protest: a big citizen picnic, who suits the political standstill in the capital. “If our politicians fail, then we, citizens, have to make a difference.”
