More than 3,000 eggs, about 400 kilos of sugar, 2,000 kilos of mascarpone and no less than 50,000 ladyfingers. With these impressive quantities, a team of more than 100 Italian pastry chefs in London built the world’s longest tiramisu: a dessert strip of no less than 440.6 meters, good for a new Guinness World Record.
