LOOK INSIDE: The Penthouse Where Johnny Depp and Amber Heard Fell Up | living

Live.We may never have the money to live there ourselves, but we all love looking at and dreaming of a great home. That’s why we show an amazing home every Wednesday. This week, that’s a group of five Johnny Depp penthouses in Los Angeles.

Depp did not buy the penthouses in one go, but acquired them over a longer period of time. The unique thing is that they are all next to each other. Together they provide more than 1,000 m² of living space, nine bedrooms and fourteen bathrooms. They also have access to the roof terrace with an amazing view and a swimming pool.

Depp chose not to merge the penthouses. He never lived here permanently and only came to stay occasionally, as did family and friends. The actor did care about the decor and gave all five apartments a different pronounced style.

Not only the interior, but also the building itself is special. Built in the 1930s, it is one of the most beautiful and best-preserved examples of Art Deco architecture. It was completely renovated in 2007 and also in that year Depp bought his first penthouse.

Together he would have paid $7.2 million. In 2016, they hit the market for $12.8 million. It is not clear whether they changed hands at that time. The fact is that Amber Heard had her eye on two of the five apartments after the divorce. Although it is unlikely that the duo could live side by side here, because it is said that this is the place where the actress would have beaten Depp.
