The entire Alpine region is ravaged by severe storms. In Switzerland and Austria, the rain falls in buckets, the rivers can hardly swallow the water. A special alarm plan is therefore in effect in Innsbruck, Austria, and the rain has caused a major landslide in Savoie, France.
