LOOK. “Hysterical and foul-mouthed”: lawyer for convict in French rape case clashes with protesters

The lawyer of one of the convicts in the rape case surrounding Gisèle Pelicot (72) was booed by demonstrators at the courthouse in Avignon shortly after the verdict. Lawyer Christophe Bruschi called those present, mainly women, “hysterical” and “foul-mouthed”. And that was met with a lot of boos.
