The Trenord staff strike was launched by the Orsa union. The handling sector of air transport at national level also stops
Another very difficult day for those who use regional trains, this time limited to Lombardy and the service of the Trenord company. The Orsa union has in fact launched a strike that takes place between 3 on Wednesday 5 and 2 on Thursday 6 February, including the services for Milan Malpensa airport. The guaranteed trains are those included in the two bands between 6 and 9 and between 18 and 9pm on Wednesday. Other railway runs are not guaranteed outside of these times.

But it doesn’t end there. On February 5 there will also be a national strike of the staff for the handling for air transport, proclaimed by the union Flai Transport and Services. The strike was called for the whole day and concerns the staff of the handling companies associated with Assohandlers, who take care of the airport services to provide assistance on the ground to passengers (such as loading and unloading of luggage) and vectors. The repercussions could therefore involve all the airports.
