Loewe is opening a new store in the Alpenresort St. Moritz.
The new store, which is scheduled to open its doors for the first time this winter, offers a sales area of 93 square meters, Loewe announced on Friday. Women’s ready-to-wear, bags, shoes, small leather goods, textile accessories and other accessories such as hats, belts, jewelry, glasses and room fragrances are offered there.
The store is based on the existing ‘Casa Loewe’ concept and is intended to combine the warmth and intimacy of an art gallery with the sophistication of upscale retail. Handmade ceramic tiles are used in Spain and various works such as a porcelain sculpture by the Hungarian ceramist Zsolt József Simon are exhibited.
The Italian fashion retailer Maltempi Boutique is responsible for the store, which, in addition to its own stores in Italy, France and Switzerland, is also responsible for monobrand stores for brands such as Celine and Stone Island as well as another Loewe store on Capri.
With the opening, Loewe is strengthening its presence in the DACH region (Germany, Austria and Switzerland). Most recently, the first Austrian store opened in Vienna in the middle of the year.
