The Rotterdam action group Residents Against Aircraft Nuisance (BTV) is taking the Dutch state to court. According to BTV-Rotterdam, the government has waited too long to take measures against the missing nitrogen permits from airports. Rotterdam The Hague Airport also lacks such a permit.
