Journalist-presenter Lloyd libiso31, tells Iltalehti that he has recovered well in last year’s Yle. He states that he has grown up as a human being.

In July 2024, Libiso was in the middle of a great buzz when opening up Ivan Puopolo On YouTube channel from YLE’s internal diversity practices. According to the presenter, at least YleX employees had been forced to attend several diversity training. Libison’s experiences differed from previous comments from YLE’s management to the media.
As a result of the uproar, Libiso was shelved as a weekend presenter for the YleX radio channel. In October, it was confirmed that libiso would no longer host YleX programs.
Libiso recalls that getting the kicks from YleX felt firmly at the moment. Today, however, he is neutral.
– I know how things have been: it was true what I told. Those trainings were attempted to encrypt. They said they had not been mandatory even though we had had, the man says.

Libiso is most annoyed by the fact that he began to concentrate on him on a personal level.
– I started to wonder if this is some of my political agenda. People completely forgot what it was about. What kind of relationship do you have today?
– I have moved from the employee to the consumer. I have a lot of familiar ones at work there, so of course I follow what is being done in the house at all, Libiso replies.
The presenter says he has been following the conversion negotiations very closely. His acquaintances have been dismissed from YLE and some even requested back immediately.
– I’ve heard from people what’s in the house in the house. I hope the course can be corrected. There is certainly a need for it now to make people work there, Libiso says.
-I’m not a co-determination professional, but surely you could look at how those processes work there. And that should they somehow be repaired, he inches.
New work patterns
Libiso feels that the buzz of YLE has not affected his work gigs – on the contrary.
– There has been demand. Then you have to have a little prioritization of what you can and can do at any time. You have to have time for yourself, your loved ones and your hobbies, he says.

Libiso lists that it is currently doing a number of gigs and business gigs as well as Big thing -Podcast.
– It’s been a great job now. All such good and interesting events will be done when they reach an agreement, he says.
Libiso asserts that he is really good at the moment.
– I think I’ve been very strong mentally. I’ve had a really nice winter and now it’s spring in my chest, Libiso says.
– My spring includes gardening. I have had a big renovation at home: new floors, kitchen, walls and ceilings, so everything has been done now. Now, my spring agenda is, along with work, to do the yard. That is, garden, new terraces and lawn. Inspired by Finland, I have even wondered if something should be planted in the yard? The presenter says eager.
