Millner, 37, who represented Liverpool for eight years, will move to Brighton next season. The transfer is free as Milner’s contract with Liverpool expires this summer. Milner moved to the Reds in the same style in 2015 from Manchester City.

Milner was one of Liverpool’s key players for years. Over the course of eight years, 230 matches were accumulated in the account, in which the midfield brute scored 19 hits. The highlights are winning the Champions League in 2019 and winning the Premier League after a 30-year break in 2020.

Milner’s responsibility decreased this season. A place in the starting line-up was not a given this season. However, the man was allowed to start the last Liverpool game of his career, when the team faced Southampton in the final round of the Premier League.
