Jordan Stolz beats Jenning de Boo, disqualifies Kjeld Nuis; surprising world record in the 5 kilometers
Jenning de Boo lost the victory in the 1000 meters to Jordan Stolz at the World Cup races in Salt Lake City. With 1.05.66, the American remained just above his own world record of 1.05.37. De Boo came third with 1.06.34 and was also slower than the Pole Damian Zurek, who set a personal best of 1.06.02.
