Wall Street started with a win of 4%, but dives into red after the White House has announced that the extra import duties for China will start from tomorrow. The wide S&P 500 loses 1.6%, Technology Fair Nasdaq 2.2%. The AEX is closed 2.8% higher. Also in Germany, Paris and London the fairs closed with big pluses.
