LIVE: The 1000 miles from Sebring on sport.de in the stream!

Attention motorsport friends! Today, Friday, March 18, 2022, the World Endurance Championship (WEC) is driving the 1000 miles from Sebring. With sport.de you are there live. We will show the race this afternoon from 4:45 p.m. in the live stream!

The 1000 Miles of Sebring in the USA had to be canceled twice due to the COVID-19 pandemic, in 2020 even at the very last moment. But now the second edition of the race can finally start. sport.de shows the WEC spectacle today at this point from 4:45 p.m live stream (Stream opens at the top of the article image!).

From 11:00 p.m., the colleagues from NITRO will take over and show the exciting final phase LIVE on TV.

In Sebring, the World Endurance Championship (WEC) enters its last year of “pickle season” with only a few manufacturers in the top class that started in 2018. Once again the hypercar category has to make do with a mini starting field. Peugeot will join in the course of the year, followed by a whole series of manufacturers in 2023.

On the six-kilometre circuit, it’s likely to get heated not only on but also off the track. After the comparatively cool prologue at around 20 degrees Celsius, the tropical summer is heating up. It will gradually get warmer over the course of the week until maximum temperatures of over 30 degrees are reached for the race on Friday. The most optimistic forecasts even see 35 degrees air temperature.
