Following the European stock markets, the stock markets on Wall Street also recovered from losses at the end of the trading day and all ended higher. The Dow Jones ended 0.3% higher. Earlier in the day, the European stock markets seemed to be heading for red final positions, but still won. An exception is the Amsterdam AEX, which, due to the loss of the compelling tech funds, ended 0.15% lower at 929.52 points. The trade was dominated by the threat of the US Minister of Finance Bessent towards his trading partners. In addition, Moody’s reduced the creditworthiness of the US.
