Live NH Sport: winless Telstar visits ADO The Hague and Dordrecht – Jong AZ

Tonight Telstar will visit ADO Den Haag, which gratefully welcomed Volendam players Henk Veerman (photo) and Daryl van Mieghem this season. This match can be followed live on the radio at NH Sport from 7 p.m.

After last week’s visit against leader Roda JC, another tough job for Telstar, because ADO has started the competition well. With eleven points from six games, ADO is in fourth place in the first division. Veerman scored his first two goals for the yellow-green formation in the last two matches against FC Groningen (0-1) and FC Eindhoven (1-1).

Last season Telstar lost 3-1 in The Hague and trainer Mike Snoei was quite angry about several decisions by referee Ingmar Oostrom that were to the disadvantage of the Velsen residents. And then Snoei also clashed with NH Sport reporter Stephan Brandhorst afterwards.

This season Telstar is still waiting for the first success of this competition. The question is with which basic formation trainer Mike Snoei will start the job in The Hague. In any case, Mees Kaandorp can be deployed again after his suspension.

Referee Kevin Puts, who made his debut in professional football last season, will whistle for the kick-off at 8 p.m. You will receive the commentary from Stephan Brandhorst.

FC Dordrecht – Jong AZ

An away match is also scheduled for AZ’s promises. After coach Jan Sierksma’s team on Monday won 5-2 against Jong Ajax FC Dordrecht is now the opponent. The teams hardly differ from each other in the rankings. Jong AZ has ten points; one more Dordrecht.

It is striking that the Sheepheads drew in all three home games this season and that many goals were scored: NAC Breda (2-2), MVV Maastricht (2-2) and Jong FC Utrecht (3-3). In that last meeting, coach Michel Santoni’s team came back from a 0-3 deficit. Jong AZ, on the other hand, was unable to score any points outside Wijdewormer and lost to NAC (2-1) in Breda and in The Hague from ADO (4-1).

The ball will also roll at the Krommedijk at 8 p.m. Frank van der Meijden reports.

NH Sport is available from 7:00 PM to 10:00 PM. The presenter is Robbert van den Heuvel.
