Birth of twins turns out to be fabricated: ‘Mother and daughter led a luxurious life due to fraud with allowance’
Expensive clothing, jewelry and travel to Suriname. According to the Public Prosecution Service, mother Josette E. (60) and daughter Felicia R. (30) from Rotterdam must have led a luxurious life for many years by fraudulent in childcare allowance. Not only did they raise money for three children who did not go to daycare at all, but they even invented the birth of twins for extra compensation.
