Iran rejects ‘unfounded’ accusations Western countries

Iran calls Western accusations to the Iranian secret service “unfounded”. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Tehran contradicts the accusations made by fourteen Western countries, including the Netherlands.

According to the ministry, the accusations are an attempt to divert attention from today’s most serious cases, the genocide in occupied Palestine.

Together with other Western countries, the Netherlands has condemned the conduct of the Iranian secret service. This intelligence service would threaten Iranians in other countries. The journalists, dissidents and Jewish organizations would also have a focus according to Western allies. They call on Iran to stop.

The statement was further signed by the United States, the United Kingdom, Sweden, Germany, France, Spain, Albania, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, Canada and the Czech Republic.
