LIVE. Important dam blown up in Ukraine: fear of flooding, consequences for nuclear power plant

A large dam has collapsed in the southern Ukrainian region of Kherson, near the Russian-controlled city of Nova Kakhovka. This is evident from video images and has been confirmed by the Russian and Ukrainian authorities. They accuse each other of blowing up the dam. There are fears of major flooding in the coming hours. There may also be adverse consequences for the Zaporizhia nuclear power plant.
