The first stage on Italian soil will take place in the Giro on Tuesday 13 May. The fourth ride in this Tour of Italy goes through the southern Italian region of Puglia, with the start in Alberobello and after 189km the finish in Lecce. It is the first flat ride and it is therefore mainly looking forward to the sprinters.
