What a stunt! Milan Smit delivers Go Ahead Eagles historical victory over Panathinaikos in Europa League
Go Ahead Eagles has created a huge stunt in her second Europa League duel. The team of Melvin Boel was three-quarters of the match invisible, but thanks to Milan Smit, who rose from scratch, there was 2-1 on the scoreboard against Panathinaikos after ninety minutes. It is the first Dutch team to take three points this season in Europe and it is the first victory for Deventenaren in a European main tournament ever.
