In the broadcast, deer migrate to summer pastures.
Yle
Again, it is the time of year when the Swedish deer leave their wintering season and set out to migrate towards the summer pastures. They have been doing the same trick for thousands of years, but Yle’s online TV is now being watched for the fourth time. SVT’s Great Moose is also seen in our Arena.
The route near Junselen in Kullberg is the same as before, and at the end of it the majestic animals cross the Ångermanjoki. It is a notoriously heavy performance.
The live broadcast will take at least three weeks, possibly longer, and the cameras are expected to store between 100 and 200 lives. There are many different types of cameras: seven night cameras, 26 remote controls, one standard camera and one more drone on top. This time, the angles of view are even more versatile, and they enable interactivity more efficiently than before.
Great deer trek today in the Arena from 7 p.m. See Telku for program information on streaming services.
