Argentina has to do without Lionel Messi in the upcoming World Cup qualifiers. The captain of the national team was not nominated by coach Lionel Scaloni for the games against Uruguay and Brazil.
As the television station TYC Sports reports, Messi complained about muscle pain after his club’s 2-1 win in the Major League Soccer (MLS) against Atlanta United. The 37-year-old then decided to stay in the United States and to cure himself.
