The singer and actress recently shared that she had unsuccessfully applied for a role in the HBO series. In their joint podcast “Miss me?” The artist spoke with the television personality Miquita Oliver about wanting to invest more in her acting career. Her big goal, according to Lily Allen, is a British detective drama. However, she has not participated in any casting. “However, I recorded a tape for ‘The White Lotus’ and obviously didn’t get the role,” she revealed. “But I’m also a little afraid of self -taking.” She did not say what role was.
“In the meantime it might be easier for me because people no longer care about me,” Lily Allen continued. “In the past, I did not like the idea that casting agencies would have video recordings from me, in case they could share them with other people. Now I don’t give this fear that much space, I don’t care.”

In addition, the artist had supporting words for actress Rachel Zegler in the conversation. It can currently be seen in the title role of the new “Snow White” adaptation-a cash flop. So far, Lily Allen is primarily known as a musician, but most recently played in the book adaptation “Wow to Build a Girl” (2019) and the comedy series “Dreamland” (2023).
