Jean-Jacques Cassiman is no more. The charismatic geneticist has lost his battle with cancer at the age of 79. Cassiman was one of the founders of forensic DNA research in our country. He analyzed DNA samples in the investigation into the Gang of Nivelles and proved that serial killer András Pándy had a child with one of his daughters.
