A private plane carrying the Libyan chief of staff crashed just south of the Turkish capital Ankara. This was reported by Turkish Minister of the Interior Ali Yerlikaya. A little earlier in the evening, the minister reported that the authorities had lost contact shortly after takeoff from Ankara.
