“He just called and said it was a good idea to take a break and that he thought it was a wise decision,” Capaldi said. The phone call came as a big surprise for him because he did not know that Elton John had his number. “He is a cool, cool guest, a cool guest,” he says impressed.
He then commented on other artists who claimed to have contacted him in the media, but had not done this. Capaldi did not mention names. “It was bizarre, really weird.”
Gilles de la Tourette
Capaldi announced two years ago after his Glastonbury performance from the music world. During live performances, the singer had too much problems with Gilles de la Tourette’s syndrome and was unable to finish his performance at the festival because of his tics. Last edition of Glastonbury he made a comeback.
