Aktia’s extensive service break begins on Thursday 17.4. at 8 pm and will end on Tuesday 22.4. at 6 o’clock.
The reason for the service break is technical. Aktia Information Management Director Oskari Kurki told Tillethat such a long break is exceptional in his 30-year career, but it is not a completely unprecedented situation.
– There are technical reasons why the break cannot be treated any faster. We have an accurate work plan for the break of how time is to be used, Kurki said Tiville, but did not want to tell you more about what kind of work to be done at Easter.
Aktia’s telephone service does not work during the break, as is not normal on weekends and sacred.
The Bank urges its customers to be prepared to break as follows:
- Take care of e-invoices and other authentication that requires authentication.
- Aktia’s bank cards may have interference, so be prepared by raising cash.
- For example, if you need a strong authentication during the break, you can order a mobile certificate from your carrier.
Aktia started communicating the break to her customers three weeks ago. Customers have been broken, among other things, a letter home and a text message reminder.
