(toskanews) — Leo Gassmann will be competing in the 76th edition of Sanremo Festival with the new single Natural. The song is written by Leo with Francesco Savini, Mattia Davì and Alessandro Casali.
«Natural it’s a song about a Until we meet againa topic to which I am very attached because it always hides a veil of enigmaticity. It’s not like goodbye, which is a definitive point, but it’s something that makes you live in the balance waiting for a response. Personally, it is a topic that makes me very emotional; the song was born from three very young guys who thought of me, I tried it because I liked it very much and then we adapted it together.”
Leo returns to Sanremo for the third time: «For me the Festival is joy, opportunities and memories. I’m the biggest fan of Sanremo: when I’m not taking part I always watch it from start to finish with my friends and family. It’s a dream come true.”
After the Festival, the April 10thhis third album will be released True Life Paradise (EMI Records Italy / Universal Music Italy). The Roman singer-songwriter will present himself in a completely new guise, with sounds that veer towards the folk music. A more mature album, inspired by giants like Bob Dylan and contemporary bands like i Mumford & Sons.
