The jeans specialist Angels GmbH has a new owner.
The company Lefaxx Jeans, based in Istanbul, is taking over the women’s trousers specialist from Nagold. Angels confirmed this on Tuesday at the request of FashionUnited, after the industry magazine Textilwirtschaft had previously reported on it.
The aim of the takeover is to secure the continuous growth of the brand while at the same time further expanding innovative strength and product quality. According to the company, Lefaxx Jeans, with its decades of experience in production and extensive market knowledge, offers a solid basis for future quality assurance, delivery reliability and product performance. There is also a long-standing collaboration between the two companies, as Vedat Dogan, owner of Lefaxx Jeans, explained.
The management team around managing director Caspar Borkowsky remains on board to manage the business in Nagold. The existing relationships with the previous sales partners will also be continued as usual.
“The takeover by Lefaxx Jeans provides us with an excellent basis to further drive the sustainable growth of Angels while maintaining our high quality standards,” said Borkowsky. “We look forward to the challenges of the future and are confident that we will continue on the successful path of recent years with new, exciting developments.”
