The Venetians start better, with more decision and also find the goal in the 50th minute: Zerbin cut punishment from the right, Gallo intervenes in a clumsy way and slips into his own door. Giampaolo changes three men, (inside N’dri, Pierret and Berisha for Pierotti, Coulibaly and Ramadani) to try to shake his team. Which always finds a lot of difficulty in going to the conclusion, also because behind Venice it grants little. He tries from the distance, but Idzes manages to wall him. Then Lecce manages to find the inactive ball tie: Helgason’s corner kick and Beschirotto’s winning header. Lecce tries to take courage dragged by the public, but Venice has a great opportunity: Berisha’s wretched back pressing, an intercepting row but, all alone, is hypnotized by Falcone. The game does not give a moment of respite: at 79 ‘Krstovic serves n’dri who pulls a safe hit but takes the pole. Then it is still Lecce: Gaspar serves Beschitotto who tries the encore in the head, but Radu is very good at saving himself. The ending is throbbing, but the result no longer changes.
