Leaking barrel of toluene at Concordia, just thought about evacuation
According to the first reports, a barrel with 8,000 liters of toluene would be leaking. Toluene is a volatile liquid that is also found in thinner and gasoline. It is harmful if you are exposed to it for a long time. The vapors can cause brain damage, among other things.
