Leading role of Dutch arbitration in the draw between Atlético Madrid and Arsenal in the Champions League semi-final

The first leg in the semi-finals of the Champions League between Atlético Madrid and Arsenal ended in a draw: 1-1. A leading role was reserved for the Dutch arbitration, led by referee Danny Makkelie. He gave a total of three penalties, one of which he reversed.
