Leader of a student association in the US charged after student (18) dies during hazing

Carter Eslick, the person responsible for recruiting new members to a student association at Northern Arizona University in the US, has been charged following a fatal hazing incident. 18-year-old freshman Colin Daniel Martinez died at the end of January after an evening of drinking during a student association meeting.
