Lawyer victim of thousands of rapes: “In the beginning she thought it was normal, which happened to her”

Lawyer Tom van Gestel sat at Eric Goens’s table yesterday in ‘Bar Goens’ to talk about a shocking rape case that recently came to the Turnhout court. Van Gestel defends the two victims, one of whom was raped almost daily from the age of tenth by the man with whom she lived with her family since she was fourth.
