Lauri Markkanen’s Utah Jazz fell to the New York Knicks

Lauri Markkanen represented by the Utah Jazz lost to the New York Knicks with a score of 111–118. Markkanen, who started the NBA season brilliantly, had a quieter scoring night again.

Markkanen was on the court for just under half an hour, during which he scored 13 points, six rebounds and four assists. The average of the 25-year-old Finn has been 21 points per game this season.

The Jazz were still in the lead going into the last quarter, but the Knicks broke even and even led by 14 points at their worst. Markkanen’s teammate Kelly Olynyk was the most efficient of the match with 27 points.

The loss was the Jazz’s third in a row, but only the first at home. The team is third in the Western Conference. It has played the most three matches more than the other top teams.
